The hotel was conveniently located, just a few minutes away from the city center and market. The breakfast served was delicious, with fresh orange juice and great coffee. the room was nicely decorated in Moroccan style, adding to the overall experience.

One issue was the lack of proper communication regarding payment methods. It would have been helpful if the hotel had clearly stated that cash payment is required.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke English well and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was great, with a safe for storing valuables and an AC unit to beat the heat. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit firm. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The daily housekeeping was a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious, with pancakes, fruits, and coffee.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in a small alley close to Jema el Fna. The location is perfect, right next to a small mosque, immersing you in the authentic Marrakesh experience. The staff here are incredibly attentive and provide service that exceeds expectations. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all the facilities you would expect. I especially loved the breakfast served on the rooftop terrace, offering a delightful view of the surroundings.
